It was just an ideal choice for a city break in Middlesboro with excellent value for money. The free breakfast was the best we ever experienced at a hotel. Consider bringing earplugs for noise from upstairs.

The stay was mostly enjoyable, especially because the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The location was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, making it easy to rest after a long day exploring nearby attractions like Cumberland Gap. However, the coffee quality in the room could be improved. a little Keurig would make a big difference!

Had an awesome trip with friends! We explored the beautiful Cumberland Gap and enjoyed some great hiking. The place was clean, and the breakfast spread was impressive! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice spot for groups.
The only downside was the noise from the room above us. A kid was bouncing around, and it made it tough to relax. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
